From 1998 to 2024, over 26 years, a window factory located in Shuangcheng District, Harbin, has grown into a leading enterprise in China's energy-efficient window industry.

From the establishment of the brand to a successful IPO, SAYYAS's revenue grew from 7 million in 1999 to 1.1 billion in 2021, earning it a favored position in the aluminum-clad wood window sector through its energy-efficient window concept.

Today, SAYYAS Windows Co., Ltd. has accumulated over 400 national patent applications, holds more than 90 authorized patents, including 27 invention patents, and nearly 20 of its products have received German PHI certification, marking it as a key high-tech enterprise under the China Torch Program.

As a pioneer in China’s aluminum-clad wood windows industry and a leader in the passive ultra-low-energy building sector, SAYYAS primarily focuses on the research & development, design, production, and sales of customized energy-efficient aluminum-clad wood windows. It currently operates three production bases in Harbin, Shuangcheng, and Nanjing.

In 2012, SAYYAS launched China’s first window designed for passive buildings, certified by Germany's PHI with a heat transfer coefficient lower than 0.8W/m²·K.

Today, SAYYAS is transitioning from serving primarily large customers to embracing the broader consumer and retail markets, ushering in a new era of customer-centric energy-efficient beautiful windows.

In 2021, SAYYAS introduced an Italian SAFLE fully automated robotic spray line.

2022 marked a milestone year in SAYYAS's history as it successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first company listed in the sector "C2032 Wood Window and Door Manufacturing" on both the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges.

The successful IPO has injected strong momentum into SAYYAS's future development. Shuping Bian stated that post-IPO, SAYYAS would focus on becoming a "visible champion" in its niche, specializing in research & development. In the future, SAYYAS plans to complete the phase four project in Shuangcheng, Harbin, and the phase two project in Nanjing, continuing its strategy of consolidating in the north and expanding in the south to complete its production layout in North China, Central China, and Northwest China. From 2023 to 2025, SAYYAS plans to invest approximately 300 million RMB in the construction of the phase four factory area in Shuangcheng and the technological upgrades of existing production lines, aiming to significantly enhance the processing capacity and productivity of its Harbin base, and continue to write the legendary story of energy-efficient beautiful windows.
