Founded in 1998, SAYYAS Windows Co., Ltd. (China stock code: SZ301227) pioneered the introduction of German aluminum-wood windows into China. Based on German aluminum-wood windows, it has continuously innovated and optimized its offerings to develop a product line that surpasses its German counterparts. It has successively exported them to Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Republic of Korea and other countries. It is committed to providing global customers with more efficient and eco-friendly architectural window solutions. With innovative design and advanced technology as its core, the company is committed to improving living spaces, achieving extremely reduced consumption and extremely beautiful life.

SAYYAS has two production bases in Harbin and Nanjing, China. It introduces equipment with the highest international standard for its manufacturing.

It has made remarkable achievements in the advancement of ultra-low energy consumption exterior windows for buildings, and is committed to propelling the construction industry towards enhanced energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Up to now, SAYYAS has been granted 412 Chinese patents and has sold more than 11 million square meters of windows. Its products have been implemented in more than 1,000 large-scale projects and more than 140 passive ultra-low energy consumption projects across China, benefiting more than 700,000 households.

Historical Milestones

1998

In 1998, Sayyas was established and took the lead in introducing German wood windows into China.

1999

In 1999, the first set of Sayyas aluminum-clad wood window rolled off the production line.

2002

In 2002, Emile Kain, a German expert in wood windows, visited Sayyas to guide its production.

2004

In 2004, Sayyas passed the fireproof certification of the Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials.

2006

In 2006, the China Association for Quality Inspection granted Sayyas the status of "Corporate Member of China Association for Quality Inspection".

2008

In 2008, Sayyas took the lead in China by fully adopting authentic German water-based paint specifically formulated for doors and windows in the manufacturing of its aluminum-clad wood windows.

2011

In 2011, Sayyas obtained the National High-tech Enterprise Certification in China, the "Energy-saving Performance Identification Certificate of Building Doors and Windows" and the CE Certification.

2012

In 2012, Sayyas successfully developed the P120 product, suitable for passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings, making it the first Chinese enterprise obtaining the German PHI certification.

2014

In 2014, Sayyas participated in the compilation of China's first "Local Standard for Energy-saving Design of Passive Buildings".

2016

In 2016, it unfolded the era of integrated window screens in China and was the first in Asia to deploy a four-glass three-chamber insulating glass production line.

2017

In 2017, the Sayyas ERP system was fully launched, propelling the company's informatization into a new era.

2018

In 2018, Sayyas' passive factory obtained the German PHI certification and the title of "the World's Largest Passive Factory" in Guinness World Records.

2019

In 2019, Sayyas' Passive Office Building was rated as a near-zero energy consumption building demonstration project of the "National Key Technologies R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology"

2020

In 2020, Sayyas launched the new-generation aluminum-clad wood windows ("Ku8du" series); it completed and put into operation its Nanjing factory; it launched "Jian'ai" series aluminum alloy windows; its S86 series products obtained the Australian Standard Mark certification; its S86 and P120 series products obtained the Canadian CSA certification and the North American Energy Star certification.

2021

In 2021, the headquarters office building in Nanjing underwent near-zero energy consumption renovation and Sayyas passed the review of the ultra-low/near-zero energy consumption building project.

2022

In 2022, Sayyas was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company with whole-window manufacturing as its main business.

2023

In 2023, Sayyas introduced the "Xinqingshe" series aluminum-clad wood windows, shattering the old perception that such windows are bulky and heavy; the F120 series products were certified by NAMI of the United States.

Patented Technology

Sayyas has applied for nearly 412 national patents so far and now owns 27 invention patents. It is a leading wood window enterprise in the accumulated number of patent applications and the number of authorized invention patents in China. A number of its products have been certified by the Passive House Institute (PHI) in Germany, and it has obtained many overseas certifications such as the Canadian CSA certification, the North American Energy Star certification, and the NAMI certification of the United States.
