Inner wood frame
You can use a soft and dry cotton cloth or silk to wipe the frame along the wood texture for daily cleaning. If it is too dirty, you can use neutral detergent or special furniture cleaning agent to wipe off the stains and then gently wipe dry.
It is forbidden to wipe the water-based paint surface of the wood window with hard or hard-containing medium; it is forbidden to wipe the water-based paint surface of the wood window with alcohol, gasoline or chemical solvent; it is forbidden to flush with water.
Changes in the moisture content of the wood may cause deformation or cracking of the frame. It is required to maintain proper indoor temperature and humidity. The ideal humidity is about 32% in the north, and about 55% in the south, to prevent moisture from dampening the wood. If the indoor environment is too dry, it is necessary to regularly use artificial humidification measures to supplement the excessive loss of water, such as using a humidifier indoor, to prevent wood deformation and cracking phenomenon.
TIPS: Do not use excessive force or wipe a part for a long time, so as not to wear through the paint surface of the frame.
Glass
Use clean water mixed with neutral detergent to clean the glass, moisten it with a soft cloth, wring it out, and wipe the glass. It is necessary to pay attention to the protection of the wood paint surface to avoid pollution to the wood paint surface.
Outer aluminum frame
Use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent and water or directly in water to wipe the outer aluminum frame. Note: Do not use volatile solvents or alkaline or acidic solvents to clean the inner wood frame, outer aluminum frame and glass. When cleaning, pay attention to the tip of the corner of the outer aluminum frame, hardware accessories and other parts to avoid scratches.
Maintenance of hardware transmission system
The hardware can be wiped with a brightener; the hardware around the fan, the handle shaft and the hinge shaft can be regularly maintained with a few drops of lubricating oil.
A. Lubricate the contact point between the diagonal rod and the guide rod once a year: Drop some lubricating oil that does not contain resin and acid at the position shown in Figure 1.
B. Lubricate the upper bearing once a year: Drop some lubricating oil that does not contain resin and acid at the position shown in Figure 2.
C. Lubricate the lock point and lock seat once a year: Drop lubricating oil or apply grease at the positions shown in Figure 3, 4 and 5.
D. Safety tips: There is no need to disassemble the window sash for the above maintenance! The disassembly of the window sash must be carried out by professionals! Wipe the surface of the hardware in time to keep the hardware dry after it is wet or exposed to rain.
TIPS: Please use non-acidic, resin-free lubricating oil or grease purchased from a professional dealer.
Rubber strip maintenance
Use special rubber strip cleaner and plastic protective agent to clean and maintain the rubber strips to prevent the rubber strips from aging too quickly; check the rubber strips regularly, focusing on checking whether there are cracks and breaks. If it is seriously damaged, aged or even fell off, you must timely contact Sayyas's after-sale service for replacement, to avoid affecting the performance indicators of the product.

The grooves at the joints of door and window frames and sashes, sliding and folding slide rails shall be cleaned from time to time according to the actual conditions, to prevent sediments (mainly dust, soil, sand, etc.) from adversely affecting the use of hardware.

The method of cleaning with a soft brush or suction with vacuum cleaner can be used to clean up the sediments.
