Groundbreaking Ceremony of Hashuang Base Phase IV Project of SAYYAS Successfully Held

On June 28, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony of the SAYYAS Windows Stock Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301227) Hashuang Base Phase IV Project and the Harbin annual production of 150,000 square meters of customized energy-saving wood window construction project was officially launched, and the project construction entered a comprehensive acceleration phase.

The estimated total investment for the Hashuang Base Phase IV project is about RMB 250 million, with an expected construction area of 46,000 square meters. SAYYAS plans to use the existing site to build new production workshops and warehouses for customized energy-saving aluminum-clad wood windows, purchase production equipment with advanced performance, high intelligence, and automation, and achieve expanded production of high-quality customized energy-saving aluminum-clad wood window products. After the implementation of this project, SAYYAS will add an annual production capacity of 150,000 square meters of high-quality customized energy-saving aluminum-clad wood windows, achieving scaled production expansion of its flagship products. This project will help the company deepen its main business layout, further expand the effective supply of its leading products, increase market share, significantly enhance the company's revenue scale and profitability, and thus continuously build and maintain a competitive market advantage.

Under the drive of China's 3060 dual-carbon strategy, SAYYAS actively responded to the policy by initiating the construction of the Hashuang Base Phase IV factory to empower the sustainable development of the energy-saving construction industry. Currently, the energy-saving building industry is receiving unprecedented attention. As building energy efficiency design standards rise, the market penetration of energy-saving windows is also accelerating.
