Avoid using hard materials or media containing hard substances to wipe the surface of the water-based paint on the wood window; do not use alcohol, gasoline, or chemical solvents to wipe the surface; and do not rinse with water.

Due to changes in wood moisture content, deformation or cracking may occur, so it is important to maintain good indoor temperature and humidity. In the north, a recommended humidity is about 32%, and in the south, about 55%, to prevent the wood from moisture damage. If the indoor environment is dry, use artificial humidification measures regularly, such as an indoor humidifier, to prevent wood deformation and cracking.

TIPS: Do not wipe too hard or for too long in one area to avoid wearing through the paint surface.

Clean using water mixed with a neutral detergent. Use a soft cloth dampened and wrung out to wipe the glass. Be careful to protect the wooden paint surface from contamination.
External Aluminum Frame

Use a soft cloth dipped in water mixed with a neutral detergent, or just plain water, to wipe down the external aluminum frame. Avoid using volatile solvents, alkaline, or acidic cleaning agents on the wooden frame, aluminum frame, and glass. Be cautious of sharp edges, hardware fittings, etc., during cleaning to avoid scratches.

Seal Maintenance

Clean and maintain the seals using special seal cleaners and plastic protectants to prevent rapid aging of the seals. Regularly check the seals, focusing on any cracks or breaks. Groove Cleaning at the Junction of Door and Window Frames, and Cleaning of Sliding and Folding Rails:

A. Based on actual conditions, periodically clean the grooves at the junction of door and window frames, as well as the sliding and folding rails, to prevent deposits (mainly dust, soil, sand, etc.) from adversely affecting the hardware.

B. Use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum cleaner to remove the deposits.
