Heat Preservation and Energy Saving
Wood is inherently low conductive to heat, and the heat transfer coefficient of the frame is far lower than "other"windows. Sayyas adopts the multi-cavity structure of insulating glass, which is filled with argon gas and combined with low-e glass to make the insulating glass more energy-saving and heat-preserving.
Wind Prevention and Safety
Sayyas adopts multi-channel sealing rubber strip to form a thorough air tight chamber. It can help cut off the internal and external air convection completely, so as to maintain excellent windproof effects in different climates.
Noise Reduction
Sayyas adopts multi-layer laminated glass and multi-channel sealing rubber strip to keep the noise outside. After filling the damping material in the frame, the mute effect can be upgraded again, thus achieving a strong mute effect. It can help reduce up to 47 decibels.
Dust and Haze Prevention
Sayyas adopts flat frame design to make it not easy to accumulate dust and ease the burden of housework. Sayyas adopts multi-channel sealing design to strictly block outside dust and keep the home clean.
Sealing and Waterproofing
The patented technology of hidden rear ventilation and drainage is adopted to realize balanced waterproofing of isopressure chamber, so that the waterproofing performance of windows is significantly improved. Special type adopts new composite material, which has higher anti-corrosion performance. The patented technology of automatic seamless welding makes the aluminum more sealed and more durable.
High Fire Resistance
Sayyas's air conditioning windows have excellent fire resistance, which obtained the fire protection certification of National Testing Center of Japan in August 2004. Experimental data show that after 30 minutes of open flame combustion at more than 800°C, only 19mm of Sayyas's air conditioning products was carbonized, accounting for 27.9% of the total thickness, and most of the other sections were intact.
Security Against Theft
Sayyas adopts high-end hardware system imported from Europe, equipped with anti-theft "mushroom head" lock point and lock block for multi-lock point linkage, meeting RC2 anti-theft standard. It can also be equipped with anti-theft handle, with higher anti-theft performance and good appearance.
